On Friday, February 19th, the Gansevoort South Hotel will host Cocktails for a Cause at the rooftop lounge Plunge to benefit The Melanie Finley Ovarian Cancer Foundation. The socially conscious soiree includes an open bar, passed hors d’oeuvres, DJ music and a silent auction. Items up for bid include a 4-day/3-night all-inclusive trip to Cancun, Mexico; two round trip airline tickets on Spirit Airlines; luxury jewelry; Romero Britto art work; and various hotel, spa and restaurant gift certificates.
Melanie will also be out and about promoting the Miami Benefit at the Gansevoort South’s Plunge Rooftop Bar & Lounge. Check her out on:

Yacht Club Car Wash Raises over $800
July 6th, 2009MFOCF would like to thank the Avalon Yacht Club for their support this month by raising over $800 to help benefit the foundation!
Special thanks to the 35 kids showed up to wash over 120 cars in 3 hours!
